Once UPS Tracking shows Delivered to your location, we are not held responsible for loss or theft. Please call your local UPS store and provide them with your tracking number so they can follow-up with your local delivery driver.
Please ensure there is someone there to receive your order in a timely fashion.
If UPS Tracking shows Not Delivered, then we will follow up with UPS and provide a resolution within 36 hours.
